MY FUFU BREAKFAST
My Dad ordered the Security guard to use the dogs to pursue me from his Compound. I was mistaken when I thought he would accept me back like the prodigal son in the bible.
I am the only child of Senator Gbegbakan. My mother died just after giving birth to me, my paternal grand mother nursed and cares for me. Ever since, my dad resolved not to re-marry. He devoted all his time and resources to ensure I lack nothing while growing up. I attended the best Private School in Akure.
I now sell pepper, onions and dry bitter leaves at open space at Ipata Market Ilorin. Umbrella is the only property I inherited from my Dad. It is the Umbrella with his Political Symbol I now used to protect myself and my baby from sun while I sell my wares at the market open space I collected this Umbrella from my dad ward-robe when I was still leaving in his house.
My ordeal started at Fufu town where I did my University preliminary studies. My stay at Fufu was the first time I left my family and leave in company of other youths from different family back-ground. The sense of freedom and liberty I felt was over-whelming. It was during this period I met Osagie. We met at phones charging joint. Electric light were not regular at Fufu town, so Students charges their handsets at barbing salons and other places where they use Generator for their businesses. When I arrived at Fufu I was a complete novice, Osagie taught me many things. He was the first man I kissed. He taught me how to cure myself and others with traditional medication. He said his mother is a traditional healer and that he learnt the act from her. He warned me not to submit myself to people, who will operate and forget knife inside my stomach, and that at the time I go back to them to remove the knife from my stomach they tell me they are on strike action. In my novelty I trusted Osagie completely. He was my god, “There is a saying that water is beautiful on it surface but it is not good enough to lay” before I realize what was happening to me I was already high and dry. I was then five months pregnant for him. He encourages me to steal from my dad and then he disappeared with my Dad landed property documents and Hundred Million Naira Cash. Before this time I have been expelled from the University when I was caught cheating during examination. I was actually helping Osagie to do one of his papers when I was caught. Both of us were tried and expelled from the School. My dad did not recover from the stroke he suffered as a result of all my activities. Before he died last year, he directed the family lawyer to WILL all his Estate to Orphan
