FINIDI George Appointed Head Coach of the Super Eagle
Interim head coach Finidi George has been appointed the new head coach of the super eagle.
The Nigeria football organization NFF announced the appointment of Finidi George through it website.
Finidi George was one of the assistant coach under the former technical advicer Peseiro which took the national team to second position in the just concluded Africa Cup of Nation (AFCON).
Before his appointment as the super eagle coach he is the current coach of Enyimba of Aba.
During his time as the interim coach of the super eagle after the sacking of the former technical advicer Peseiro which happens to be his boss. He took the super eagle to two friendly match recently in Morocco, one against the black star of Ghana of which he won 2 to 1 but the other one he lost against Mali 0 to 2.
Finidi George play for the super eagle and was a very good winger during his playing days and won so many medals for the country.
