According to Mr. Musa Ashoms, the Plateau Commissioner for Information and Communication, approximately 200 pupils were left inside the collapsed Jos school building. The Saints Academy, a secondary school in Jos, fell on Friday when students were writing their third-term exams, according to the News Agency of Nigeria. Ashoms estimated that there were roughly 400 students enrolled in the school when he visited the location with other commissioners, including the commissioner of secondary education.
