The Peoples Democratic Party's (PDP) Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has expressed his disapproval of the bombings in Borno State and urged the Federal Government to avoid turning the Northeast into a hub of violence.
A message of caution was posted by Atiku on his verified Facebook page on Sunday.
The ex-Vice President urged the current administration to meet expectations, faulting the government for not closely monitoring the security forces' progress.
The recurrence of terrorism and its spread in the Northeast is a sad development, according to him.
" He said: "The reported attacks on a wedding reception, funeral procession and hospital by suicide bombers on Saturday are condemnable.
