Federal High Court Grant Abba Kyari Two Weeks Freedom To Bury Mother 

Federal High Court through the  trial Justice Emeka Nwite sitting in Abuja as granted Abba Kyari two weeks freedom from kuje prison to bury his late mother.

The Deputy Commissioner Police  who was the former head of the Police Intelligence Response Team is in detention and trial for tempering with evidence a cocaine from two convicted traffickers.

The former head of Police Intelligence Response Team is on trial for eight count charges from the NDLEA and four member of his team Assistant Commissioners Police Sunday Ubia, Assistant Superintendent of Police Bawa James, Inspector John Nuhu, and Inspector Simon Agirigba.
