World Health Organization Announced The Increase In Cholera Cases In The World


The United Nations World Health Organization (WHO) has announced an increase in cholera cases in several parts of the world.
Nearly 195,000 cases and more than 1,900 deaths have been declared in 24 countries since the beginning of the year.
The organization's Eastern Mediterranean region has reported the most cases, followed by the African region, the Americas region, the South-East Asia region and the European region.
According to a bulletin released on Wednesday, the WHO said in a statement on Thursday that  no cases have been reported  in the Western region.
