President Bola Tinubu has begged Nigerians who are angry, particularly the young people who are organizing a nationwide demonstration against the exorbitant expense of living, to postpone their planned action because it is not necessary. In addition, the President gave the organizers of the planned nationwide demonstration his word that he has heard their complaints and is making a concerted effort to guarantee that all of their issues are taken care of. Following his meeting with Tinubu at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, Mohammed Idris, the Minister of Information and National Orientation, relayed the President's request to State House media.
